I am a South Dakota native who has worked in the Wyoming mental health system for over 28 years. I see adults in individual therapy. I am excited to use EMDR therapy in clients with trauma,
In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, traveling, metal detecting and researching. I am Licensed in Wyoming as a LPC and LAT. I am also licensed by the NCCA. and a Certified EMDR therapist by EMDRIA.

I am a North Dakota native, transplanted from Minnesota and living in Wyoming for 40 years.
I see adults in individual therapy. I will see children and teens for trauma using EMDR therapy only.
I love helping people with complicated grief and trauma experiences.
I am licensed in Wyoming as an LPC and in South Dakota as a MH-LPC.
I am a Certified EMDR therapist by EMDRIA.
I love kayaking, hiking, crocheting, quilting and tiny goats are my stress busters.
